Description

The ExaSAN solution provides all you need to build a small, middle range or enterprise SAN environment, including the 24 bay ExaRAID 8808D RAID, ExaSAN Device Switch (81-2308S),  ExaSAN Host Switch (81-2208S), PCIe HBAs, cabling and accessories. These components have been tested for inter-compatibility, offering a trouble free complete solution for post-production video environments and more.

Unlike traditional external storage like Fiber Channel, SAS, eSATA or SCSI, ExaSAN solutions use native PCI-Express protocol, avoiding protocol codec/ decode translations. This reduces any unnecessary overhead and results in the fastest speed that a modern host computer can deliver.
