Description The E1 1652 U4 (SCSI) RAID is the latest innovations from Fibrenetix. The units offer high transfer utilizing internal 3Gbit/s SATA II drive technology, U320 SCSI interfaces, and a powerful 64 bit, 400MHz controller. The 512MB cache is upgradeable to 1GB for intensive operations, and a RAID 6 option is available for maximum data protection. The E1 is designed for enterprise class operation. Dual 762 watt power supplies are designed for the present and the future 15K and beyond drive speeds. A removeable LCD faceplate offers additional external security, while advanced cooling sensors maintain internal data security my monitoring and adapting to hot spots within the unit.
